Stars of the Foodscape

Get to know some of the allstar edibles that thrive in the Midwest, especially in our hometown of St. Louis, Missouri (zone 6b). These native and locally-adapted edible fruit trees are low-maintenace, hardy and can grow an abundance of delicious fruit without the use of pesticides or herbicides.
